Love this letter too! I can't wait for the Christmas phone call!!

Friday-Zone Meeting
We had a great meeting on "Ministering to the one"...but there were some underlying messages that I was able to pick up on that have really helped me re-evaluate some things.

1. We were talking about having effective personal study and with our companions.  Instead of sharing what you did, sharing what you learned.  It does my companion absolutely no good to tell her what chapters I read, and it doesn't do me any good either.

2. During the meeting I was taking lots and lots of notes, and at the end I was thinking "wow, that was such a great meeting, I learned so much!" I was wondering why out of the last couple of zone meetings it was during this one that i learned so much.

I was thinking about these thoughts (wow, that's poetic) and I came to this conclusion, I guess you could say..You only get out of it what you put into it.  Companion study can be uplifting and effective if I put the effort in when i read.  Every district meeting can be beneficial if I put the work into listening and taking effective notes. When I go to church and partake of the sacrament, I can have the potential to feel of the saviors atonement, but only if i prepare myself and put in the work.
My companion is leaving this transfer, she's all done with her 18 months, but she puts in work everyday, everyday she prepares herself so the Lord can trust her, and bless her.  It doesn't matter that shes going to be released as a full time missionary, she understands what it means to endure to the end.

Helen is from Korea and we have been teaching her for about a month.  This past Saturday was the first time we had been able to see her in 3 weeks. For anyone who has served a mission, you know that 3 weeks away from someone your teaching is like 3 months lol so we weren't really sure where she was at.  We all met at Temple Square for our lesson, we had originally had the idea to take her to the Christos and a few other things, but the temple square sisters suggested that we take her to the lower level where all the old testament prophets were.  Even though it wasn't what we had planned we felt it was right as well.  I have been down there numerous times with my family, and i never realized how you could teach someone the restoration down there lol  It was the best though, because it gave her step by step visuals of how and why we believe there is a modern day prophet today. After we did the little tour we went in to a room and watched a short 4 min video of when Christ came to the Americas.  After the video Helen whips around in her seat and says "Christ came to the Americas!".  She just knew it, the spirit testified to her and she just knew it.  She accepted to work towards Dec. 6th as her baptismal date.  It was the best seeing the spirit work so fast on someone even after not meeting with us for 3 weeks!

In closing I want to share a scripture that our zone leaders shared in our meeting 1 Nephi 22:25. Why do we minister to the one? Because that is how Christ did it, he healed one by one.  When he appeared to Joseph Smith he called him by name, He knows each and everyone of us.  He is ready and waiting to bless us, we just need to put in the work.

(random insert: WE JUST GOT AN EMAIL, literally two seconds ago from a girl we met who seemed pretty disinterested...she just said, and i quote "I want to meet with you guys.." My comp and I just blew up with excitement  #WEARETOBLESSEDTOSTRESS)

I love you all, and clearly its going to be a good week haha HECK YES! lol

Love Sister Efnor
(Mom insert) This is the only picture I have for this letter and it's blurry!  LAME... But I can see that big Steph smile and it makes me so happy!!!

It's better late than never!! (Says the guilty Mom)

At different points during this week Sister Curtis and I constantly found ourselves saying "Heavenly Father is to good to us!", it really has been another wonderful week of being a missionary. We are able to teach at least a lesson everyday, if not more. I cant imagine missions where some elders and sister hardly ever get the opportunity.  They are serious champs in my book!  Getting to teach so often definitely helps keep the morale up if you know what I mean.  Seeing people get that spark, that light in their eyes during a lesson, Its the best!

This morning in my personal study I was re-reading the 3 main lessons that we teach.  How the church was restored to the earth, the plan of salvation, and the doctrine of Christ. While I was reading about where we were before we came to earth (pre-mortal life) I read "God’s whole purpose—His work and His glory—is to enable each of us to enjoy all His blessings."
I have read this section a gazillion times, and I need to read it a gazillion times more to be honest, but there was a word that stuck out to me this time.  ENABLE, I was reminded of when President Uchtdorf spoke at the General Women's meeting this year.  He related receiving blessings to a rain cloud.  There is a huge rain cloud and it is pouring down blessing, and it is our own indifference, indecision, or ignorance that acts as an umbrella... shielding, and depriving us of the blessings Heavenly Father wants to give us.
It's through the gospel that we are ENABLED.  It is through the gospel that we can see to shut the umbrella.  It's always nice finding something new, re-reading, and seeing an aspect that you might have looked over.

I'll share one of the experiences that we were blessed with... Kayla was baptized! Her boyfriend had been less active for quite some time.  While he was in Arizona (HOLLA!) for work, she decided to start investigating the church.  When I got into this area she had been meeting with missionaries for about 2 months, so all in all its been a 3 month journey.  During all of this her boyfriend started coming back to church, and became worthy to baptize her.  It was his first time baptizing someone!
The actual baptism was great, most of Tanners (the boyfriend) family came to support her, and Kaylas aunt who has been a member for a year was able to come and give the talk on baptism.  On top of all that, as if it couldn't get any better, 3 of the people we are teaching came to watch the baptism...booyah!

On Saturday I was kneeling to say my bedtime prayer, and in the middle I had a feeling to do something. I have always struggled with this inward conflict of "Is this me?" "Is this the spirit?" blah blah blah then I realized that I tell people all the time, if its good, its of God!  So do it!  Taking my own advice I decided to fast for a couple different reasons.  Don't let indifference, indecision, or ignorance put a stop to receiving blessings from on high.

I love you all dearly, especially that red head.

With love and frozen fingers,
Sister Efnor
I think Sister Curtis was REALLY excited for the Carlo's Bakery we sent them in honor of Steph's Birthday Gra month... lol

Sorry guy's... I don't have a lot of time to write my weekly email, so I apologize for how short it is.

Sometimes you have to do weird stuff as a missionary, just for some comic relief.  That is just how it is, you gotta be able to laugh yourself to tears some nights or your just not doing it right.  As Sister Winn ( a lady that serves in the office, who has one of the best German accents) once said, "You gotta have some fun!".

We were talking with the elders one night about what we all do for workouts. Elder Hawton was talking about how in football they would wrap one guy around another guys neck and they would do squats.
So naturally, when we got home that night i picked up sister Curtis like Jesus picks up the baby lamb, and did squats!  We were laughing for days.  (You probably had to be there)

Tuesday night and all Wednesday we went on exchanges with Sisters Orellania and Aisau.  I went with the Samoan sister, that was the first mistake.
So, I pack my stuff up and head over to their apartment, we plan for the next day, say our prayers, and hop in bed.  Then we got started on "Do you remember this Samoan song?" "Aw snap, remember this jam?!"...this carried on for a good 3 hours, including loud singing in Samoan even to the point of us dancing while in bed.  When i finally shut me eyes i hear "Sister Efnor..", to which i reply "shut up dude, we just closed our eyes"...to which she then replies "Good Morning..".....Oh goodness, you most definitely reap what you sow. lol Never again will I go on exchanges with another Polynesian! haha

Awhile back we met this Chinese guy, Henry.  He had some of the most thought provoking, soul searching questions i have ever heard, but after our one encounter with him he wouldn't return our calls or texts when we wanted to meet again. Last Friday we had the thought to text him and he answered!  He had just gone to see Meet the Mormons, thought it was great, and said he had some free time where we could meet.  We explained what the Book of Mormon was and invited him to come to church..he was very polite, and is honestly searching for truth.  He compared finding truth to an airport.  There are all these different airlines, so many different planes.   Everyone says that their plane is going to take you to the place you want to be, all look appealing, but which one is actually going to get me there?
We explained that if you want to know, you have to put in work.  That made sense to him, and he accepted the invitation to read the Book of Mormon.

We visited our recent convert Mohsen who is doing FANTASTIC!  Without us knowing, he cooked up a whole meal of Iranian food!  Let me tell ya, had Iran been a mission, and if I had been sent there...i wouldn't have a problem being skinny. lol It was, however, was sweetest thing, and we had a great time laughing and chatting it up with him.  He is so much happier.

On Sunday we had so many people come to church!  We were running back and forth so we could be with all the non-members that were attending the different wards. Lucky for us we have amazing member missionaries that befriended them and helped them feel welcome.

In closing i wanted to share a little something that I read in the Gospel Principles manual.
"When we follow the temptations of Satan, we limit our choices. The following example suggests how this works. Imagine seeing a sign on the seashore that reads: “Danger—whirlpool. No swimming allowed here.” We might think that is a restriction. But is it? We still have many choices. We are free to swim somewhere else. We are free to walk along the beach and pick up seashells. We are free to watch the sunset. We are free to go home. We are also free to ignore the sign and swim in the dangerous place. But once the whirlpool has us in its grasp and we are pulled under, we have very few choices. We can try to escape, or we can call for help, but we may drown."
I love this quote from the manual because for one, it gives me a visual, and I'm all about visuals.  It also gave me the insight of being an obedient missionary, and the doors/options that are and can continue to be open to me when i do what the Lord has commanded.  I know that when we follow the counsel of God and the prophet who leads his church, we then can have many more doors/options, available to us.
I love you, yes you, the one who has actually taken the time to read this email! :)
I love you and so does your heavenly father. Ofa atu.

Utah Salt Lake City East Mission!!

Its already getting cold!  Why?  Oh Utah, how I love you but I hate you...
Haha, jokes aside.  Its been a really great week!  What else is new, right!?

We were blessed with 3 new investigators this week and had some really solid lessons with all of them.

In one of the lessons this girl, Helen, said "I know, (pointing to her head) but I want to know (point to her heart)". I believe that will come with time.  This was only our second lesson with her.  Helen has so many questions, and a real desire to know.  Its frustrating sometimes to hear someone say that they want the Holy Ghost to testify to them, because the spirit is there at every lesson and so strong so in my limited brain I'm just thinking "Heavenly Father...LET HER FEEL IT!" (lol)  Then I remember that she has to put in the work, study, ponder, plant the seed before she can see the fruits... Patience.
Im really pumped for all these people we are teaching.  I'm excited for them to have opportunities to feel of the gospels light in their lives.

While teaching Soo and Yeageon, we had two members of the ward with us.
We decided to teach Gospel of Jesus Christ, Faith, Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the Holy Ghost, and Enduring to the End.  Mainly because most students that have come from China, Korea, etc. dont have an understanding of who God is.
Starting out with Faith one of the members gave several different examples of faith.  When we eat something, we know it will fill us. When we dial a certain number we know who we are calling etc.
I liked these example because they all required an action on our part.  We have to put the food in our own mouth, we need to pick up the phone and dial the number.  Its all faith, through reading the scriptures like...everyday- I've begun to notice all the different scriptures on how FAITH is THE STUFF.  No matter how big, how small, how learned, or not, you need to exercise it!
Sorry if this is very primary, thats just how i roll.  The gospel of Jesus Christ is simple.

We were met up with another member who is coming back into re-activity, he said that although its nice to be back in church he doesnt see a real drastic change in his life.
There was a talk given in priesthood session that i heard someone reference on Sunday, "Is it I?". That's what the 12 asked when Christ said that one of them would betray him.  I think the same question can be asked, if I am not receiving the spiritual fill i think i should...instead of looking outward, look inward.  This past Sunday i was searching for answers on how i could become a better teacher.  The impression that i kept getting throughout my meetings was, charity.  Taking a step back and asking "Is it I?", gave me an opportunity to see what my stumbling block is and whats keeping me from progressing into the missionary i need to become.  I dont say this in a "Hey look how humble i am" way, but rather to share a way that i, can testify, has worked for me.

This is Mohesen- You may remember me telling you about him.  He is doing so much better with his depression about the is current status in life.  When we visited him this past week, he said that he wanted to make his own sign to take to conference and showed it to us.  Go MOHESEN!

Sunday, I love Sundays!
Around 7:30 we went to go visit this girl... On the way up to the door step we see these two elders walking our way.  We stop and say hi to them, amongst small talk they tell us that they have a bunch of referrals for us.  We literally walked with them for an hour and a half as they showed us all the different houses that have YSA in them that are in their area.   Aside from this being a straight out answer to prayers because we cant ever find investigators in that particular area...it blew my mind at how charitable these elders were.  It was another testimony/example to me that this isnt about the numbers.  This hour and a half that they could have used toward their own benefit, they put toward hasting the work.  It didnt matter to them that it wasnt "their area" they understood the meaning, being called of God.

This week...
I want to thank my Oma for all her lovely boxes they are so fun... We decorated!

I also want to thank my family for some sweet needed accessories!

In closing...
My companion thinks that since I'm a quarter Samoan (and i rock that quarter cheeehooo) that i can talk to every poly we see.  And i quote "Sister Efnor, turn on the poly charm" -Sister Curtis (lol)
At an FHE that we had the ward had ordered some blow up stuff, and sumo suits.  When FHE was over this Tongan guy, whose name escapes me, came to pick them up.  Anywho, i mosey on over..do the usual "Whats your last name?" "Do you know any Tuinei's?" We had a really long conversation, some of his family are still active members, out of the 9 kids in his family only his last two younger brothers are on missions now and the rest besides his parents seem to not be active.  During our conversation i mentioned how blessed i feel and how happy i am to be serving, and then he said, "We are all serving missions, lifetime missions." It was a neat experience for me and hopefully for him..
I've heard of when missionaries come back and they get depressed, and what not, because they no longer wear the badge.  I cant remember where i heard this, and i could be totally butchering this quote but it was something like.. "A release as a full time missionary is a call to serve as a life time missionary."  I believe this to be true, and that Heavenly Father has given us a sphere of influence.

I LUFF YOU ALL! I cant express how grateful i am to be WHERE I AM! I love it! I love every second of it! I hope you all find some kind of happiness in your day.
Love, Sister Efnor

Fall has arrived, and it is cold for this AZ girl!
 Not planned twin day-

Conference weekend = Christmas morning

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I feel so blessed as a missionary to be able to go to the conference center, and be in the midst of it all!   Hearing from our beloved prophet in person is just the best ever!

OK, so this picture is really blurry but I wanted you to see how close I got to sit to the prophet on Sunday...

 And this is Saturday-

I was able to run into a few old friends too!

Let me first take you back to a couple weeks ago when this girl who has a less active ex-boyfriend called us. This girls ex lived in our area and she wanted us to go and visit him.  She was hoping to see if he would let us teach him the lessons, have home teachers, basically anything.  We stopped by, and the dude wasn't interested.  It may or may not have been because he was under the influence when we talked to him, but he seemed pretty set in his ways.
We get another call from her, asking if we would go back and see if he wanted to go to conference because we had two tickets.  In hopes that he would say yes, and take her... "Pepper it with destiny" she said.  What does that even mean?! haha  Anyway, we go back and all nonchalant like we mention that we have tickets.  Again, a no. (this has all been done without the boyfriend knowing we have been in contact with his ex girlfriend)
Saturday morning we get a call from this girl "Hi, is this Sister Efnor and Curtis?" (acting like she doesn't know us because she was obviously not wanting to blow our cover) SO NOW- she is with her ex, who had decided he would go to conference, and he had remembered the two sisters that offered him tickets a couple days previous.
We met them at the institute building to give them the tickets.  The once "rough around the edges" guy that we had contacted was in slacks, white shirt, tie, coupled with the biggest smile.                  We pretended not to know the girl as they both expressed deep appreciation for giving them the tickets.  As they were driving away the guy turned around, waved at us and gave us a big smile.
We saw them later at conference, he looked so stinkin happy.

We were able to attend the afternoon session with an investigator,  Kayla.   Her boyfriend use to be less active, but because of her decision to take the lessons he has started coming back to church, and because of his decision to come back to church.  His friend has now decided that he wants to hang out with a different crowd and come back to church too. We will never know the sphere of our influence.
The talks during that session were perfect for Kayla. Which was perfect since she is deciding on when she feels would be the right time for her to be baptized.

After that session I ran into Grant Boyd LOL

Since its Sister Curtis's last conference on the mish, the office gave us Sunday afternoon tickets. Then we gave those tickets away to an investigator that could only go Sunday.  So we had no tickets. I then remembered a brother Larson from my very first area, I had helped teach his son in law, and the family loved having us over.
So i gave him a ring a ding ding, he just so happened to have two extra tickets to the Sunday morning session.  BOOYAH!  Being a 2 star Major General these weren't just any tickers, these were Plaza 2 tickets. Up close and personal with the prophet and the apostles if ya catch my drift.

At one point before conference started Elder Oaks, his wife, and Holland were in a little team huddle. Talking about who knows what, but i imagine it was something like "1, 2, 3, GODS ARMY!" haha
When sister McConkie walked down the stairs to make her way to the podium Elder Oaks leaned forward and gave her a thumbs up with a big ol' grin.  I love seeing the prophet and apostles in this light.  In a fireside that I was able to attend with Elder Cook he said that Elder Perry once said "I don't know how i ever became an apostle."
To which the rest of the members then let out a sigh of relief and said "Oh good, im not the only one."
Just seeing that they ARE people too, testifies to me that it, all of this, could only work and continue on through direct inspiration from our Heavenly Father.

I don't have my conference notes with me, gosh dang it, but it seemed that in all the talks they touched on prophets, and sustaining our leaders.
I was thinking about why this would be a reoccurring topic and the only obvious point i could come up with is because we aren't doing it, sustaining our leaders, the prophet.  In general conference they always address what we as a church, as a whole- need.
The point of the ways of God never meshing into the ways of the world was something i thought really echoed what the world needed to hear.  I came in contact recently with quite a few people that believed changes were made in the church because they need to 'get with the times', or in order to survive the church is going to have to yield to change.  Through this conference I was only able to more assuredly know that a prophet of God leads this church, and that He is no respecter of persons.

In a talk given at the Provo MTC by Holland he said "He came from God as a God to bind up the broken hearted, to dry the tears from every eye, to proclaim liberty to the captive and open doors to them that are bound.  I promise that because of the faithful response to the call to spread the gospel, He will bind your broken hearts, dry your tears, and set you and your families free.  This is my missionary promise to you and your missionary message to the world."  With conference still fresh in our minds, with words of apostles and the prophet at our finger tips, seek out those opportunities to share your testimony.  Elder Holland also said (can you tell i like him?) "A missionaries testimony invokes a great legacy of testimony dating back to the councils in heaven before the world was.."  It doesn't matter if you where a badge, we all wear Christ's name on our hearts.  We are all called to spread the gospel, will you respond?

I am so grateful for conference and for the momentum it brings to my testimony, now to run with it and fan the flame.  I love you all so much, the letters/packages are much appreciated!  Im sorry if i didn't get to email you this week (uncle Ron), but you can take that one up with your sister because i spend most of my emailing time talking to mom lol have a great day/week!

Tuesday
At around 6 am we drove over to one of the bishops houses that we cover to go on an early morning hike! At dinner, last Friday, they invited one of their family friends over, Ron. One of the funniest guys, he had us singing "Hey Jude" at the dinner table haha Anywho, Ron says that he has (as in owns) a mountain (hill) named after him, and that he wanted us to come and hike it with him. We told him that we would only be able to come if it was a missionary opportunity so he would have to invite a non member friend. Right then and there Ron picked up his phone and called his friend Dave! He said, "Dave, we are going on a hike Tuesday morning, and we are gonna meet Jesus!" To which we could hear Dave reply through his laughter, "I cant wait to meet him!".
6 am rolled along and we all met up at Ron's Peak and started the hill.  At the top Sister Curtis and I shared a scripture that talked about how we are surrounded by things that testify of God, the earth, the planets in rotation. Then we were able to see what Ron meant when he said we were going to see Jesus, we watched the sunrise.

When Elder Clark came to speak to our mission he talked a fair amount about retention with recent converts. Making sure that after they are baptized that they continue to progress.
This guy Christian was baptized about 2 years ago and is looking to serve a mission, so we decided that it would be a good idea to take him to do some family history work!
We went to the center on at the Joseph Smith memorial building, the senior couple that serve there are the cats pajamas!  I am so serious, they sat Christian down, set him up and account, and got down to business!  Sister Curtis and I would occasionally glance over to find him smiling from ear to ear while he learned of new names from his family and how to do some effective searching. We planned to just stay there an hour, but what started as an hour turned out to be 2 and a half hours. We just couldn't pull him away! While we were walking with him to the parking lot he said, "I'm so excited! I have so many names to take to the temple.." HECK YES!

Friday
We went and did a little scripture study with one of our investigators! We red in first Nephi with her where Lehi and his family went into the wilderness. Laman and Lemuel were told by an angel that Nephi would be made a ruler over them and that they didn't need to worry because the Lord would provide a way for them to get the plates.
We went on to talk about how we can look to Nephi's diligent and obedient attitude etc..then the girl we were reading with said something to the effect of "I understand why Nephi's brothers were so upset, i'd be upset to if i was just told my younger brother would be made a ruler over me. I realize Laman and Lemuel murmur a lot but i feel like i can relate to them more, maybe Nephi should have expressed a little more sympathy towards his brothers and maybe taken the time to understand them."
We explained to her that in later chapters Nephi definitely shows love towards his brothers, but i thought it was so interesting how she was able to take a step back and think about how Laman and Lemuel might have felt. I honestly have never thought about it, how they might of felt, besides avoiding the error of their ways I never thought about how I can learn from the relationship between Nephi and his brothers. It just gave me a new outlook on a chapter I've read who knows how many times.

Saturday
The institute hosted an Asian basketball tournament, no joke. Students at the U who are on some committee and have been hosting this tournament for awhile now, member and non members who are from Asia and going to school- come and do this basketball tournament at the institute. So of course, 4 sets of missionaries were there to mingle around and get to know the people that came and played. We were fortunate enough to run into this Korean guy that we had met on the streets and we had a mini lesson when he wasn't playing basketball!
(missionary moments wherever the Lord leads us)

We went to the tabernacle for Women's conference, and when we asked if we could have some water... This is what the Elder handed us. Not sure if that was truly all he had or if that is what he wanted the Sisters to drink from that day- haha

Sunday
A girl who just came home from her mission in Peru brought one of her friends to church! Her name is Helen and she stayed for all three hours. After Relief Society we asked her if she was able to understand the majority of the lesson since she is Korean and her English is a little broken up. She said "I didn't really understand, but I could tell there was a lot of love..."
That's what its all about, helping people feel that love is the essence of the gospel, to help them feel of Gods love.

Recently I was reading in True to the Faith under adversity, I really liked where it says that our happiness in this life and into the eternities is largely based off of how we react to trial. We have the power to CHOOSE to be happy even in the darkest/hardest of times. It went on to say that although our reaction to different trials might vary, something that should remain constant in is our reliance on the Savior. I believe this to be true through my own trial and error.
With the Christ as our constant... (adversity) however great or small can never diminish our flame of faith.

Its been another great week, and I am so happy to be serving here in Utah. Didn't think id ever say that one did you? lol I feel blessed to be here for General Conference and hope you all are preparing to hear these messages that have been prepared for us from Heavenly Father...  I hope all is well with everyone at home!  I love you all dearly!
Sister Efnor

P.S. So Oma sent me this breath freshener (go figure), its straight peppermint oil and chlorophyll. Pretty potent stuff. Its in liquid form and i accidentally got some on my hands, making the mistake of wiping some in my eye. As soon as i realized with the growing pain in my eye i started yelling "oh no..Oh no...OH NO!" I ran to the sink washing my eye with water, that only lead to the poison spreading to the pores of my face! Most of you probably have never felt what its like to have had your face feel "winter fresh", lemme tell ya...ITS NOT PLEASANT
So then my trusty companion comes bounding to the kitchen with her saline, to cleanse my eye. I open my eye and she jet streams the saline in to my eye, with my mouth open (i don't know why it was) i am now choking on saline. Another morning of personal study, with yours truly.

And these next to pictures are for Tanika Baker- You know why... :)

Salt Lake City zone- SLCE mission!

Well, there isn't a whole lot to report on this week. So you'll have to forgive me if this ends up being short, I know you all are just chompin at the bit to read my weekly emails LOL

This week we were able to get in some lessons with people that we haven't seen in awhile.
Tim is about 20 years old, and has been meeting with the missionaries for awhile.
Our lesson with him was on the Priesthood.  This lead into him asking different questions. Some of which we didn't have the answer to, at one point we literally said "We don't have the answer to that"  He then said "You know what, I like that answer... I don't know."
He offered the closing prayer and in it mentioned how he understands that there are going to be things that we won't understand but that he is grateful for those moments.  Tim is 20, he's gay, he believes that Book of Mormon is the word of God, and he thanks Heavenly Father even in the moments where he doesn't get an answer.

We have had a hard time finding new people, I was so excited with the school year starting up and I was expecting a flood of new investigators.  Like the gates were going to open and WOOSSHHH!....whether it was wishful or missionary thinking, I don't know, but that didn't happen.
However, yesterday we went to contact a referral the elders gave us a while ago.
We were looking for this Hawaiian guy named Will.  Will told the elders that he wanted to meet with the missionaries.  Before we went up to the door Sister Curtis says "So you got this one right? You know, work that Polynesian magic, ask him his last name and figure out if you know the same people" haha Well, Will ended up not being there but his roommate Ofa was!  So sweet, and once I slipped in that the institute just started playing volleyball Tuesday nights I knew I had hooked him.
Gets em every time! haha
Turns out I actually do know some people that he knows, go figure.
Fingers crossed, and knees kneeling in prayer, that we will be able to teach him.

Well, that's about all I got for this week.
With some things that happened last week I am so grateful for friends and family who follow promptings.  I was definitely was on the receiving end this past week and I am so grateful for it!  It has helped me see the responsibility that I have when the Lords trusts me enough to prompt me to speak to someone, that the results from following promptings can be endless... if we listen- and ACT.
Love, Sister Efnor
